The law firm SK&S advised the consortium Ferrovial Agroman – Budimex – Estudio Lamela in the conclusion of a settlement with PPL in the matter of “Okęcie Terminal”

The law firm Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak advised the consortium Ferrovial Agroman, Budimex, Estudio Lamela in a dispute and the conclusion of a settlement with Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe “Porty Lotnicze” (PPL) in a case concerning the extension of the International Airport Warszawa Okęcie.

The settlement was concluded between the consortium of the firms: Ferrovial Agroman S.A. with its seat in Madrid, Budimex S.A. with its seat in Warsaw, Estudio Lamela S.L.P. with its seat in Madrid and Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe “Porty Lotnicze” with its seat in Warsaw. The settlement brought an end to the dispute concerning realization of the contract: “Extension of the International Airport Warszawa Okęcie – Construction of Passenger Terminal 2 together with technical infrastructure”, which had been ongoing before the Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce.

In the dispute the consortium was represented by a team of SK&S lawyers composed of: Dariusz Skuza (Senior Partner), Rafał Waszkiewicz (Partner) and Anna Grzywczak-Kubiak (Senior Counsel).
