On 27 June 2023, another amendment to the provisions of the so-called Special Law will enter into force. According to this amendment, the legal stay of Ukrainian citizens will be extended until 4 March 2024.
This applies to those Ukrainian citizens who:
- entered Poland from 24 February 2022,
- stayed in Poland before 24 February 2022 on the basis of visa-free regime, national visas, Schengen visas, temporary residence permits.
