Starting from June 1st 2019, Agnieszka Fedor – attorney-at-law with many years’ experience, recommended, inter alia, in Chambers Europe and Legal500 rankings – became a partner at the law firm Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. She will lead the Labour Law practice at SK&S Warsaw office. Ms. Agnieszka Fedor is an experienced lawyer providing legal advice to employers from various branches and sectors of the economy in complex restructuring projects, negotiations of collective bargaining agreements and social welfare packages, as well as collective redundancies.
Agnieszka Fedor represents employers in negotiations and disputes with employees and trade unions. She is a member of the European Labour Lawyers Association (ELLA) and a founder and member of the Labour Law Association (Stowarzyszenie Prawa Pracy – SPP).
