Lawyers from Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak represented the MCI.EuroVentures fund, managed by the Group Private Equity Managers, in a transaction involving the purchase of shares in the Centre for Mobile Technologies Mobiltek SA (to which DotPay S.A is a subsidiary). The scope of legal advice offered by SK&S covered negotiating all transaction documents, and assisting with the signing of the preliminary contract for the sale of shares, concluded on 30 December 2015. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
