Tomasz Konopka, partner, attorney-at-law, head of White Collar Crime Practice at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak spoke at IBA CEE and Central Asia Anti-Corruption Enforcement and Compliance Conference. This conference was presented by the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee and took place between 12-13 November 2018 in Prague. Tomasz was a speaker at the panel session “The use of non-transparent foreign entities – how to deal with those situations in the light of the beneficial ownership legislation?”
