SK&S advised Salad Signature (a company with the IK VII Fund portfolio, managed by IK Investment Partners – a leading European private equity fund) in the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the company MAGA PPH sp. z o.o.
MAGA PPH sp. z o.o. is one of the leading producers of salads, raw salads, and pastes, and has been active on the Polish market since 1991. Salad Signature is a leading producer of spreads, dips and salads in Europe, operating in Holland and Belgium, as well as developing its operations in Northern Europe, in particular in France, Great Britain, Germany, Poland, and Scandinavia. SK&S advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, including the due diligence of the company, negotiating transaction documents, advice in connection with fulfillment of suspensive conditions, as well as support in closing the transaction.
