On 18 December 2014 UPS announced execution of the agreement concerning the acquisition of shares in Poltraf sp. z o.o., pharmaceutical logistics company.

UPS expects to complete the transaction in the first half of 2015, subject to customary closing conditions. Terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
