Joined SK&S in 2022. Has experience in advising clients on financial market regulations, in particular, payment services and commercial companies law. Participated in numerous legislation processes on payment services regulations, as well as in numerous proceedings related to the licensing and registration of payment services providers both before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and foreign supervisory authorities. Participated in the meetings of the Working Group for Financial Innovation Development (FinTech) in Poland at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, and in the meetings of the Working Group for Distributed Registries and Blockchain at the Ministry of Digitalisation.
