Joined SK&S in 2008. Specializes in personal data and privacy issues as well as in intellectual property rights, copyright law, IT, e-commerce, and advertisement law. Experienced in the field of marketing projects and new technologies. In her practice to date, she has advised in numerous IT and employment projects in which personal data was of importance.

Currently assists local and global companies with data protection issues helping them to comply with Polish law.

Heads the SK&S Katowice office.

  • Prepares documentation related to personal data processing, e.g.: security policies and IT management instructions, registers of authorizations to process personal data, and privacy policies for Internet service users
  • Prepares notifications to data subjects and consent forms to process personal data, including consent forms for data transfers to third countries
  • Assists in drafting, negotiating, and amending all possible contracts involving data processing, including both specific data protection contracts, e.g. data processing or data transfer (sharing) agreements, and contracts in which data processing is only one of the elements of wider business aims (e.g. software deployment, marketing, website administration agreements, etc.)
  • Prepares legal opinions on personal data and privacy, in particular, on employment relationships
  • Carries out due diligence in the field of intellectual property law, with particular emphasis on personal data protection and copyright law
  • Advises on compliance with the provisions on personal data protection
