Specialises in real estate law, construction projects, commercial law and environmental law. Handles transactions for the acquisition, sale and lease of commercial and industrial real estate, including developer projects, as well as transactions related to the acquisition and sale of enterprises and companies. Advises on construction contracts (FIDIC and non-FIDIC), including in public procurement procedures, and administrative proceedings related to construction projects and environmental law. Gathered extensive experience in greenfield investment projects, including those located in special economic zones.
