He joined SK&S in 1999. After admission to the bar in 1992, he worked as a senior attorney for the EVIP Law Firm in Warsaw and, subsequently, as Chief Legal Adviser to the Management Board of Bank Pocztowy S.A. Between 1995 and 1998, he managed a law firm cooperating with Coopers & Lybrand as Practice Area Leader in charge of client services, personnel recruitment, and practice management. Following Coopers & Lybrand's merger with Price Waterhouse in 1998, he became partner in the combined legal offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers (Wierzbowski & Wspólnicy), responsible for the firm's finance, banking, trade in securities, and mergers and acquisitions practice. In his practice Mr. Pawlisz combines a comprehensive knowledge of commercial and securities law with his knowledge of accoounting and financial issues.
