Jakub has worked for SK&S’ Litigation Department since 2011. In 2019, he completed an internship at Hanotiau & van den Berg, an arbitration and litigation boutique in Brussels. He represents clients before both domestic and international arbitral tribunals as well as state courts, i.a. in complex damages proceedings, post-M&A and corporate disputes.
