An SK&S team member since 2003, and a Partner at the law firm from 2020. Specialises in intellectual property law and pharmaceutical law. Actively advises the pharmaceutical, medical device and food products sectors on many regulatory projects. Has advised on the purchase of a chain of drugstores, and the restructuring of pharmaceutical companies. Provides advice on the creation of distribution systems for pharmaceutical wholesale in Poland and during inspections of wholesalers held by the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate (GIF). For years he has advised Polish and foreign clients on all aspects of licensing patents, know-how in the oil and gas industry, and on intellectual property (including in precedent setting cases before the Supreme Court). Provides legal assistance on issues related to architectural projects for business (including negotiations with architects designing major office and retail centers in Poland). In addition, deals with the legal aspects of the development, maintenance, and transfer of software. A lecturer of intellectual property law at postgraduate studies and a frequent speaker at legal training courses concerning, among other things, unfair competition and problems related to pharmaceutical law.
