She joined SK&S in 1998 and in 2009 became partner. She specializes in public aid law, copyright law, and protection of personal data, as well as commercial and civil law. She has broad experience public aid, in particular related to share acquisitions or enterprise takeovers and greenfield-type investment projects, including those carried out in Special Economic Zones. She took part in negotiations with representatives of public administration in matters concerning public aid, and represented entrepreneurs in proceedings in matters involving public aid both before Polish authorities and the European Commission. She advises on copyright law, in particular in the area of new technologies and protection of personal data, and especially cross–border transmission of data, as well as issues related to the right to privacy. She also has broad experience in share sale transactions and enterprise takeovers.
