Senior Partner, attorney-at-law

Became a Partner at SK&S in 2000 and has since managed the firm’s Poznań office. Head of the firm’s Infrastructure practice group. In addition to general legal practice, he focuses mainly on advising clients from the energy and construction sectors. Provides advice on energy, construction and infrastructure projects, including on construction contracts (FIDIC and non-FIDIC), and those subject to public procurement procedures, handles administrative and court proceedings related to the energy sector and construction projects.

Appears as a lecturer and moderator at workshops and conferences on the infrastructure sector. Before joining SK&S, he worked at the legal department of Ernst & Young in Poznań from 1992 to 1999, and later headed the Poznań-based legal practice of KPMG and the tax team at KPMG’s Poznań office.
