Szymon Gogulski

I joined SK&S in 1994 and became a partner in 2002. I head the intellectual property law practice. I represent clients in cases involving the protection of patents, trademarks, industrial designs, business secrets, and copyrights. I have extensive experience in unfair competition issues and advertising law. I negotiate agreements concerning intellectual property rights, including technology transfer transactions and coexistence of signs agreements. I also deal with corporate and civil law issues. I am an arbitrator in the Court of Arbitration for Internet Domains at the PIIiT and the PCC, as well as in the EU Arbitration Court resolving disputes concerning EU domains. I am a member of several international associations active in the field of intellectual property protection (e.g. INTA, ECTA, AIPPI, and EuroIT). I have been selected as an auditor of EUIPO's Community Design Invalidity Decisions under the SQAP programme. For many years, I have received high recommendations in renowned world rankings such as IAM Patent 1000, WTR1000, IP Stars, Chambers, and Legal500.
