A member of SK&S team since 1996, and a Partner of the law firm since 2007. Specialises in intellectual property law and new technologies law, in particular in issues related to computer law such as enforcement of copyrights to software, IT implementations, as well as other types of IT projects.

As an advisor of Business Software Alliance, an international organisation associating leading computer software developers worldwide, responsible for Poland, he undertakes a wide range of measures aimed at protecting copyrights to computer software. An expert of the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications, and a former arbitrator in the Copyright Commission, appointed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. A member of the board of EuroITCounsel, an international group of law firms specialising in new technologies law. A co-founder and a member of the board of New Technology Law Association.
