Represents clients in a wide range of proceedings before common courts and arbitral tribunals, including disputes arising under civil law, unfair competition law, energy law, corporate disputes, and post-transaction disputes, with claims valued at up to several hundred million Polish zlotys. Also represents clients in civil proceedings seeking to set aside decisions of public authorities, including the Chairman of the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) and the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). Has experience in drafting commercial agreements, particularly in the FMCG sector, including for major retail chains. Advises on complex insolvency and restructuring proceedings requiring interdisciplinary expertise across various areas of law.

Also handles the preparation and enforcement of security instruments, such as declarations of submission to enforcement, pledges, and promissory notes. Supports clients in ongoing corporate matters, including representing them at shareholders meetings.

Is also developing expertise in English and Welsh law, as evidenced by having successfully passed the SQE1 (Solicitors Qualifying Examination).
