Has extensive experience in advising on national and international M&As, venture capital projects, company mergers, demergers, and transformations, as well as foreign direct investments. Specializes in corporate governance consultancy for private and public companies, and other aspects of ongoing corporate advisory for companies. Also advises clients on succession planning projects, including on the establishment and management of family foundations in Poland and abroad.

Is an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Private and Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, and authored academic publications on company law and capital markets law. Is also a member of the team of authors behind the most comprehensive commentary on the Polish Commercial Companies Code available on the market.
