Senior Counsel, attorney-at-law

Specialises in dispute resolution in litigation and arbitration proceedings. Deals with the issues related to restructuring and bankruptcy law, combating unfair competition, assertion of claims in the area of infringement of competition law, international and European business law, and international civil procedure.

Represents clients in corporate, compensation, labour, unfair competition, and debt collection disputes, but also in proceedings before common courts, the Supreme Court, and courts of arbitration.

Earned his doctoral degree at the Department of European Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, Warsaw University. For two years he was a lecturer in EU law at the Faculty.
