Initiator and one of the founders of the firm. A member of the teams responsible for developing the conceptual foundations of the first stage of the economic reform in Poland. From 1985 to June 1991 handled international transactions, company and securities law, regulations of capital markets and regulations regarding brokers at the Drinker Biddle & Reath law firm in Philadelphia, USA. An advisor to the Legislative Committee in connection with the adoption of the first Polish legal regulation concerning securities in 1991.

On many occasions has acted as an advisor to the Polish Parliament, Government, and Securities Commission regarding legal aspects of the securities market. From 1997 to 2000 he was a member of the supervisory board of CeTO, an organization managing the OTC securities market. A member of the supervisory boards of several commercial companies.
