IB Vogt is a German company operating in photovoltaic sector in Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.
SK&S’ comprehensive advice included the preparation and negotiation of the preliminary agreement as well as transfer agreements, regarding majority shareholding in four companies, building seven photovoltaic farms. The total planned capacity of all the farms is approx. 100MW. That makes it one of the largest investment of that nature in Poland.
