The SK&S transaction team advised IKEA Industry Poland (a company belonging to the IKEA Group) in the sale of the furniture factory in Konstantynów Łódzki to a company from the Latvian Vakaru Medienos Grupe. The transaction was finalized at the beginning of July 2020.
